More than 300 people attended the opening ceremony. In from Commission 2 and 3 representatives.

The 3rd FIG Regional Conference attracted more than 350 participants from 33 countries, which exceeded the expectations of the organisers.

Among VIP guests at the opening ceremony were Prof. Yu Changxing, President of ISM and Prof. Ferjan Ormeling, Secretary General of ICA.

Participants filled in the Ballroom of JW Marriott, which offered excellent surroundings for the conference.

After the opening ceremony the Minister, Mr. Matindas and President Magel opened the exhibition. The size of the exhibition was limited to the foyer of the JW Marriott hotel.

The opening ceremony was followed by a media conference, which was attended by almost 20 journalists.
