Invitation to Commission 6 Meeting in
Munich
Dear FIG Commission
6 delegates,
Time
is approaching for the FIG Congress in Munich.
In
extension to the planning of this event we should be happy to inform
you on the Congress schedule concerning topics related to our
Commission.
Commission 6 meeting:
Time:
Monday 9th October from 9.00 to 10.30
Venue:
Room 21
Our proposal for
an outline at this meeting is:

Welcome (Chair of
Commission 6, and chair elect);

Introduction to
delegates including supplementation of contact list (Commission 6
delegates);
-
Evaluation on the
past period regarding events, communication etc.

Introduction to
chair and vice chair for each working group in the coming FIG period
including presentation of working programme (Commission 6 officers);
-
Examination of
arrangements and time co-ordination of events;
-
Co-sponsorship of
other events;
-
Commission 6
activities on the yearly FIG Working Weeks and Regional meetings;
-
Co-operation with
other organisations (ISM, IAG, ISPRS etc.)
-
Any other business
and discussion.
Commission 6 Social event:
We think it could
be very nice to have a Commission 6 social event on:
Wednesday evening 11th October from 19.00 to ?
Our suggestion is
to reserve some tables at a restaurant, have a nice diner (on ones
owns bill) and have an informal and nice time together. If you want to
join this Commission 6 social event
please return an e-mail to hvj@vd.dk
so we can make table reservations. We suggest that we leave
the conference hotel at 19.00.
